It depends on how much is left. A small load is $150 to $300, half a trailer is $300 to $450 and a full trailer is $450 to $700. Photos of each room get you the most accurate number.
Do I need to be there?
Talk to us about access when you book. The most important thing is that we know exactly what goes and what stays.
Can you work around a closing or lease date?
Yes. Tell us your deadline when you book and we will schedule the cleanout before it.
Is this different from an estate cleanout?
Estate cleanouts usually mean sorting a lifetime of belongings with family. A move-out cleanout is clearing what was left behind so the place is empty. If you need both, we can do both.
Do you sweep up?
Yes. We load everything ourselves and sweep up the areas we clear before we leave.
